HEALTH CARE SUPPORTS IN THE COMMUNITY

Who can you turn to for help?

When a person or family member is concerned about cognitive well-being or following a diagnosis of dementia, families engage with a range of health-care professionals, depending on the support needs of the person and their immediate family. While some of these people are very familiar, others may be new. It can be difficult to understand what each person does and how to access their service to meet with them to get information.

Living Well with Dementia would like to invite you to an information event for family members. Organised as an exhibition-style event, you will have the opportunity to meet and understand the role of a range of healthcare professionals who could be involved in the care-plan of your family member.
